Adding an Application Fee to a TC Application Form


Make your admissions process even easier by adding a payment link directly into your Transparent Classroom application form. This allows families to pay their application fee online as part of their enrollment process — without needing to mail checks or call the office.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create a Payment Product in Onespot Payments

  1. Go to your Onespot Admin Panel
  2. Navigate to Payments → Products
  3. Create a new product and call it something like:

    Application Fee

    Set the fee amount (Example: $200)

    Add Custom Questions (Optional):

    • Child’s Name
    • Preferred Start Date

Save your product.


Step 2: Create a New Application Fee Screen in Onespot

  1. Create a New Screen → Start from Scratch
  2. Name it Application Fee
  3. Add Content → Add your newly created Product
  4. Create & Save the Screen

This generates a URL for your payment screen.


Step 3: Add the Payment Link to Transparent Classroom

  1. Go to your Transparent Classroom Application Form
  2. Decide where you want to place the link (usually at the bottom)
  3. Add a Textbox field
  4. Highlight the text (Example: Pay Application Fee Here)
  5. Add a Hyperlink → Paste the Onespot Payment Screen URL
  6. Save & Preview your form

Step 4: Test It

Open your Transparent Classroom application form → Scroll to your new link → Click it → You should land on your Onespot payment screen ready for checkout.
