How to Pay an Invoice in the Onespot App

Paying an invoice in your Onespot app is quick, secure, and can be done in just a few taps. Whether it’s for tuition, event fees, or other school-related payments, this feature ensures families can handle everything right from their phone.

Step-by-Step: Pay an Invoice

🔹 Step 1: Open Your Payment Profile

Open the Onespot app.
Tap the dollar sign icon ($$) in the top right-hand corner.

🔹 Step 2: View Outstanding Invoices

You’ll see a list of all open invoices.
Tap on the invoice you'd like to pay.
Review the details to confirm everything is correct.

🔹 Step 3: Make a Payment

Tap “Pay Now.”
Confirm your payment method.
Tap “Confirm Payment.”
✅ You’ll get a success message once your invoice is paid.

🔹 Step 4: View Your Payment History

Scroll to the bottom of the payment section to view your full payment history.
You’ll see a list of completed payments, including the most recent one.
