Connect your school calendar


Step 1: Open the Calendar Integration Settings

  1. Navigate to your Onespot Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Calendar Settings under the Lightning Bolt Menu.

Step 2: Choose Your Calendar Source

  • If using Google Calendar, select Digital Calendar Integration.
  • If uploading a static calendar, choose PDF Upload (for pre-made schedules).

Step 3: Link Your Google Calendar

  1. Click Add Calendar Link and enter the public Google Calendar URL.
  2. Choose the default view (e.g., monthly, weekly, daily) for better user experience.
  3. Save the changes, and the calendar will now sync automatically with your Onespot app.

Step 4: Verify the Integration

  • Open your Onespot app and navigate to the calendar section.
  • Confirm that all events are displaying correctly and syncing in real-time.
