Hiding Screens

In Onespot, you can hide screens that you don’t want members to see while keeping the content saved for future use. This is especially useful for seasonal events, temporary announcements, or archiving past information without deleting it.

Step 1: Access Your Screens

1. Open your Onespot Admin Panel.
2. Click on the Lightning Bolt Icon and select All Screens.

Step 2: Select the Screen to Hide

1. Find the screen you want to temporarily remove (e.g., 2024 Memories).
2. Scroll down to Permissions.

Step 3: Hide the Screen

1. Select “This screen is hidden from everyone.”
2. Click Save Changes—the screen will no longer be visible to members.
