Step 1: Access Notification Groups

  1. Open your Onespot Admin Panel.
  2. Click on the Lightning Bolt Icon → Admin Superpowers.
  3. Select Notification Groups.

Step 2: View and Manage Existing Groups

  • Here, you’ll see a list of all notification groups currently in your app.
  • Check if groups are up to date or if any should be added, removed, or reorganized.

Step 3: Reset Notification Groups for All Users

  1. Scroll down to Advanced Options.
  2. Click “Make All Users Reselect Their Groups”.
  3. Confirm the action—this will prompt all users to reselect the groups they wish to receive notifications from the next time they log in.
