๐Ÿ” Step-by-Step: Restrict a Portal to Specific Account Types

๐Ÿ”น Step 1: Open Admin Settings

  1. Open the Onespot Admin Panel.
  2. Tap the Lightning Bolt Icon โ†’ Administrative Superpowers.
  3. Select All Portals.

๐Ÿ”น Step 2: Choose the Portal You Want to Restrict

  1. Find the portal or screen you want to lock down.
  2. Example: โ€œEmployees Onlyโ€ portal containing internal documents.

๐Ÿ”น Step 3: Set Access Permissions

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the portal settings to find the Access section.
  2. Click "Restrict by Account Type".
  3. Select the specific account types that should have access (e.g., Staff or Administrators only).
  4. Save Changes.

  • Log in as a visitor (or another restricted account type).
  • Youโ€™ll see that the protected portal is now hidden from their view.
