๐ Step-by-Step: Restrict a Portal to Specific Account Types
๐น Step 1: Open Admin Settings
- Open the Onespot Admin Panel.
- Tap the Lightning Bolt Icon โ Administrative Superpowers.
- Select All Portals.
๐น Step 2: Choose the Portal You Want to Restrict
- Find the portal or screen you want to lock down.
- Example: โEmployees Onlyโ portal containing internal documents.
๐น Step 3: Set Access Permissions
- Scroll to the bottom of the portal settings to find the Access section.
- Click "Restrict by Account Type".
- Select the specific account types that should have access (e.g., Staff or Administrators only).
- Save Changes.

๐น Step 4: Test the Restrictions
- Log in as a visitor (or another restricted account type).
- Youโll see that the protected portal is now hidden from their view.
- Only users with authorized account types can access the screen.
